Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing EmotiHop ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or play the Game.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Boxobo Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to play EmotiHop for non-commercial entertainment purposes. All art assets, code, music, characters, names, and visual designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Boxobo Labs.

3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game may feature virtual currency (coins) and digital items (character skins, cosmetic themes, or upgrades):

• Virtual Goods: Virtual coins and unlocked skins are licensed digital goods solely for entertainment within the Game. They possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• In-App Purchases: If in-app purchases are offered, transactions are processed exclusively through the official platform store where you downloaded the Game. All charges and payment methods are subject to the terms of service of the respective platform store provider.
• Refunds: In-app digital purchases are subject to the statutory refund policies of the platform store provider through which the purchase was completed.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use unauthorized cheats, memory modifiers, or automation tools to manipulate leaderboard scores or bypass game progression.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Game.
• Exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair competitive advantage.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Boxobo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Game.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate player access to online features (such as public leaderboards) for violations of these Terms of Service or fair play standards.
